Alpha Rho Chi was founded in 1914 by a group of individuals dedicated to sharing their passion with others.
Based in Los Angeles, we are a national social-professional and co-ed fraternity for students of Architecture and the Allied
Arts with events and activities taking place year-round. We like to keep up the energy and excitement and are always
welcoming new members. Simply put, we love getting together to do what we love.

The Chapter - Andronicus
The Andronicus chapter has 58 active undergraduate members. We are a group of dedicated Trojans who are heavily
involved with the USC School of Architecture especially when it comes to assisting freshmen with their transition into architecture student culture.

Our home - The Shankland House
The Shankland Andronicus Chapter House (SARCH) was built in 1896 and has been our home for over 50 years.
The house is a place for active members to live, work, and socialize. It is also equipped with plotters, 3D printers, a woodshop, and several libraries.
